Georgia Southern offense comes out firing in shotgun triple-option

Georgia Southern head coach Tyson Summers explains the shotgun triple-option, which explains why the Eagles are fourth in FBS rushing offense.

They piled on Savannah State last week for 420 yards and six touchdowns in an opening 54-0 victory against Savannah State.

The Eagles face South Alabama, which is coming off an upset victory at Mississippi State, Saturday at 7 p.m. ET on ASN.
